You can submit requests through resident app, online , or can call our office.

Emergencies include non-hot water, fire, no heat or AC “temp dependent”, active water issue. Contact office and select option 2 for emergency maintenance.

Once we have your app approved and all documents provided through the portal, you will pay online, and you’ll need to pick up your keys at our office. Also, a signed lease is needed

60 day notice prior to lease expiration, forwarding address is needed as well. The apartment is to be returned in the condition it was received.

You can pay through the resident portal smart app on your smartphone, or you can pay by logging into liveemersonpark.com and selecting the resident tab. Then you will need to set up a payment method in order to make payment.
